She is a very experienced litigator who has led proceedings at High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court levels.
She trained and spent 8 years at Mishcon de Reya and 10 years at Schillings, which she joined in 2009 to establish its award-winning Family department.

David Greer
David Greer is a founding Partner of Katz Partners.
He is a well known and very experienced Family lawyer, who has worked with Davina Katz for almost 20 years years. His clients are high net worth individuals with complex legal issues including trusts and jurisdictional disputes. Many of his cases have an international element. He specialises in complex divorce and children’s work, and is also a senior mediator and trained collaborative lawyer.
David trained and qualified at Schillings, where he spent 15 years acting on behalf of high net worth individuals in the public eye. He not only has a wealth of experience in Family law but also in the law of privacy and has acted in many reported cases, including in the leading case on client privacy in the family court.

Emily Kapoor
Emily Kapoor is a founding Partner of Katz Partners.
Emily has extensive experience across the whole spectrum of Family law issues with a particular focus on divorce and very high value financial claims. She is a highly regarded litigator who has been involved in a number of very significant and high profile cases involving trusts, inherited wealth, offshore assets and family businesses. She also advises on all areas of private children law, including applications for injunctive relief and applications to re-locate internationally.
Emily trained and qualified at Withers, where she spent over 10 years in its Divorce and Family department before joining Schillings in 2016 to work with Davina Katz.

Miranda Nairn
Miranda is a Senior Associate at Katz Partners.
She specialises in the financial consequences of relationship breakdown and her work is often international in focus, involving trusts, corporate structures and jurisdiction issues. Miranda is experienced in dealing with disclosure issues, obtaining disclosure orders against third parties in offshore jurisdictions and joining third parties to financial remedy proceedings. She regularly advises clients on private children matters, child relocation and leave to remove applications as well as contact and residence applications.
Miranda trained and qualified at Forsters before joining Schillings in 2017 to work with Davina Katz.
She has worked at Katz Partners since it was established.

Hannah Wise
Hannah is an Associate at Katz Partners.
